Do you have one of those days where you just feel down? Unmotivated, or even just lousy? We all have those days, so you’re not alone. As someone who has had to deal with depression in the past, I’ve come up with some simple but effective ways to improve your mood.
When I’m feeling down in the dumps, I usually lack the motivation to do anything. Over the years, I’ve come to understand the importance of self-care.
