I’m back again with another circle lens review! This time around I got my pair of lens from the lovely circle lens provider, LensVillage. I just wanted to say upfront that this is not a sponsored review. I bought these lens myself and the opinion of this post is mine, and mine alone.
Hi everyone, long time no see. Now that I’ve finished summer school, I can focus more on making blog posts.
Every year, I try to get circle lenses to wear at the local anime convention. And this year is no different. Normally me and a couple of friends would do a group shipment.
Unfortunately, my usual supplier, Pinky Paradise has some issues with Paypal so they opted for an alternative payment system, Skrill. Now I’ve read people’s opinions on Skrill and it just isn’t an appealing method to use over Paypal. So I opted for an alternative to Pinky Paradise. During this search, I’ve come across various circle lens shops online.
This is what prompted me to make a post like this. I’ll be comparing different online shops and making notes on their features and I’ll leave it to you, my readers, to pick which one you’ll go with.
Long time no see! I have a load of backed blog posts to make. One of which is a review on a pair of circle lenses that I ordered this past summer. The first will be the Geo Princess Mimi Apple Green Circle Lenses from the Bambi series.
I did a group order with some friend back on August 6th from PinkyParadise. These lenses that I recieved were part of their, spend over $60USD, get a free pair of GEO lenses. It just so happened that my extra pair were the Geo Princess Mimi Apple Green.
For a while now, I have really been wanting to get a pair of circle lenses. My friends Alex and Erika, are also interested in them. We’ve even decided on buying some together and spliting the cost. Recently more people have been wearing contact lenses, not just overseas but in Barbados. I even when into a beauty supply store recently and found a whole load of them selling. As anyone who is into Asian fashion knows, circle lenses are a staple ingredient to completing the look. It is what usually separates the ulzzang and gyaru from the average fashionable girl. In fact many celebrities in Japan and Korea wear circle lenses such as Girls Generation, Hyunah, Rola and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.
