In my last post: cosplay wig resources masterpost, I introduced you all to the website, Rosewholesale. I ordered from the site for the first time just last month. And I just couldn’t wait to share my rosewholesale wig review with you all.
I ordered to wigs from Rosewholesale on the early morning on June 15th, 2016. I purchased two wigs from their site. The Charming Capless Extra Long Shaggy Wavy Inclined Bang Trendy Synthetic Anime Cosplay Wig in SKY BLUE and the Fashion 70CM Multi-Layered Fluffy Long Wavy Side Bang Multicolor Optional Cosplay Wig in RED. The wigs were shipped out about four hours later.
So you’ve gotten into the wonderful hobby that is cosplay. You have chosen the character that you want to dress up as. The costume isn’t too hard to tackle, but where on earth are you going to find that bright pink hair to wear. Have absolutely no fear, as I’ve come with a compiled list of some of the cosplay wig stores online.
As someone who lives in the Caribbean, it can be difficult to find reasonably priced wigs for your cosplay. You know what with the exchange rate and all. There’s a belief that the cheaper something is, the lower the quality of side item. Personally I find this to be true in many cases, but there’s always exceptions to the rule.

Summer is right around the corner, and you have no idea what to do with your nails. Well, have no fear as this is the post for you! In this post, I have collected some cute summer nail art ideas that you can try out. Whether it be at home or at your local nail salon, they’re doable for just about any skill level.
I usually get my nail ideas from Japanese sources, if there’s one thing that Japanese women are known for, it’s their impressive nails. So I thought why not turning to a country that’s cutting edge in fashion to get not only cute, but flashy nail inspiration from.
Back once again with another blog post. I decided since moving to this new platform that I would definitely have some new readers and subscribers. Due to that, there’s going to be a lot of you who have little to no idea who I am. So why not share 50 facts about myself to introduce myself to my readers and fellow bloggers.
So if you want to find out more about me then continue reading after the jump!
When I was younger, I was heavy into media like anime and alternative music. I was even into Japanese fashion and scene culture. However as a young black girl, there was literally no one that looked like me. As such, I was easily discouraged when I wanted to get into say goth or kawaii fashion. Nowadays the game has changed and a lot more people who are doing blogs and YouTube. But if you don’t know where to look, it can still be a bit difficult. Therefore to help you out, I’ve made a list of five alternative Black YouTubers that you should check out.
This post is not the end all be all of black alternative YouTubers, or one based on popularity. It is a list that I compiled based on the YouTubers who I want and videos that I enjoy. If you want to see who made my list, then continue reading after the jump.
As some of you may know, but I’m sure some are still in the dark, I have a new blog. A new blog and a new domain wich actually leads into something bigger. A new me. At the end of 2015, I set myself a list of goals that I wanted to carry out for the year. And I’ll be honest, I haven’t really been able to do any of the yet, and it’s a bit frustrating. It makes no sense to give up however, and then start the following year. That’s a vicious cycle that I, and many like me fall into. We put off what we can do today, for tomorrow. And tomorrow is always right around the corner for us but it’s never ‘now’. In this post I’m going to talk about not only this new blog but a new me. A new Naomi ‘N Doll and a new Chloe.
Back again with another post, and I’m going to be talking about how I got into crocheting.
Anyone who follows me on Instagram (and if you’re not already, then you definitely should), would know that I’ve recently been posting a lot of crochet related photos on there. This may come as a shock to some since it’s not a skill that I often talk about. This post isn’t just about how I got into it, but may also help you, if you’re curious about getting into crocheting as well.
Hello my lovelies, I’m back at it again with another list post and this time it’s on the topic of cosplay and The Caribbean. So I have something to confess to you guys, I…am a cosplayer, haha. But on a real, as a cosplayer within the Caribbean I feel like the community here doesn’t get enough love. We really don’t. A couple years back I did a post about Cosplaying and Convention Culture in the Caribbean. Now I wanted to actually bring the cosplayers to the forefront and feature some cosplayers from this wonderful region.
Not many people know this, but there is a cosplay community in the Caribbean. Some of these countries include Barbados, Jamaica, St. Lucia and Trinidad & Tobago. Like many cosplayers in North America, Europe and Asia, they have their own cosplay pages. So I really wanted to showcase those who have their own pages, even though there are many more without. The cosplayers featured on this page are listed in alphabetical order. Also this is yet again, not a complete list of cosplayers in the region and I would be more than willing to include a ‘Part 2’ to this list, featuring even more Caribbean cosplayers.
Hey guys, I’m back again with another blog. Recently, I have gotten into doing lists! Lists for everything, lists of favorite books, to-do lists, etc.Furthermore it has been a concern of mine that people only see certain facets of Barbados; such as the beach and Kadooment Day. I myself, am guilty of doing that, but it is something that I want to change.
I just have to say, I love YouTube, it has become a part of my daily life. I watch videos from the site almost religiously; in the early morning while getting ready for classes, and even late night when I need help to fall asleep. I’m a picky girl, I’m not going to lie and it’s hard to find the right person that just clicks for me. Now It’s true, there are many black YouTubers, but how many are from the Caribbean and how many from Barbados? Barbados is an island in the Caribbean that has given birth to countless interesting and creative individuals, with the most prominent being Rihanna. So why not introduce to my readers some of our home grown talent?
So I went on a hunt for five Bajan YouTubers that you all should check out. I am by no means saying these are the only Bajan YouTubers about, I would love to think they are more actually. If I find more, I’d be more than willing to make a new post in the future that will feature them as well. This list has been compiled in alphabetical order, these ladies are so talented and motivating that I’m sure you’ll find yourself watching their videos for hours on end.
I’m back again with another circle lens review! This time around I got my pair of lens from the lovely circle lens provider, LensVillage. I just wanted to say upfront that this is not a sponsored review. I bought these lens myself and the opinion of this post is mine, and mine alone.
